보건교사의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 변수들의 인과관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 보건교사의 직무스트레스에 미치는 요인과 각 요인들의 경로를 제시하기 위하여 P시와 U시에 소재하고 있는 중, 고등학교에 근무하는 보건교사 145명을 대상으로 2006년 12월 11일부터 2007년 2월 9일까지 60일간 자료수집을 하였다. 연구도구 중 직무스트레스 요인은 크게 업무특성, 직무만족도, 가치관, 성취동기로 나누어 측정하였으며 이를 김지연(2002)이 수정 활용한 설문지, 김길준(1986)이 제작 활용한 설문지를 수정 보완하여 사용하였다. 직무스트레스 정도를 측정하기 위해서는 교사용 스트레스 척도(Stress Profile for Teacher)를 이연주(1996)가 개발한 질문지를 수정 보완하여 사용하였다.수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 12.0 통계프로그램과 AMOS 4.0 통계프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 보건교사의 업무특성, 직무만족도, 가치관, 성취동기와 같은 직무스트레스 요인은 모두 서로 연관성을 가지고 직무스트레스 정도에 직 간접적으로 영향을 미치고 있으며 이 중 직무만족도와 가치관과 같은 내적 특성은 직무스트레스 정도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analysis of the factors related to job stress of the school nurse. The sample used in this study consisted of 145 school nurse who worked in Pusan and Ulsan provinces. The Data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from Dec. 11th in 2006 to Feb. 9th in 2007. The data were analyzed by Frequency, Mean, Pearson correlation coefficient, Path Analysis using SPSS win 12.0 statistical program and AMOS 4.0 statistical program. The results of the study are as follows:1. The mean average of job stress was 46.31. 2. There was significantly negative relationship between the business characteristics and job stress(r=-.473), job satisfaction and job stress(r=-.561), personal values and job stress(r=-.429), achievement motivation and job stress(r=-.215) at p＜.01 level. 3. To the path between the degree of the job stress and the factor of the job stress, the highest path of the total effect was the job satisfaction the degree of the job stress, if having only the direct effect the job satisfaction the degree of the job stress, but only the indirect effect the business characteristics the degree of the business characteristics the degree of the job stress, the achievement motivation the degree of the job stress, and having both the direct effect and the indirect one was the personal values the degree of the job stress.In conclusion, the factor of the job stress of the school nurse is correlated with one another and influenced to the degree of the job stress directly and indirectly. The factor that affected the degree of the job stress directly was the job satisfaction and the personal values. As shown this result, it is important that the factor of the job stress lies in the mental characteristics.
