데이터마이닝 기법들을 이용한 한의학에서의 체질분류모형 개발

국문 초록

데이터마이닝에서 많이 사용되고 있는 분류기법인 의사결정나무, 신경망분석, 로지스틱회귀 등의 다양한 방법들을 체질분류문제에 적용시킨다. 한의학에서 널리 통용되고 있는 사상체질을 과학적으로 분류하는 모형을 개발하고, 이들 모형을 비교 분석한다. 본 연구에서 사용하는 분석 자료는 A대학의 한방병원 사상체질과에 초진으로 내원한 외래환자 1229명의 설문결과로 설문지는 기존의 QSCCII 설문지가 아닌 땀, 수면, 대변, 소변, 소화, 평소특이증상의 6개 소증항목아래 총 71개의 문항으로 구성되어있다. 문항 중 순서형 척도의 문항인 경우 중간순위 방법을 사용하여 범주점수를 부여한 후 분석에 포함한다. 각 모형은 타당성 및 안정성을 위해 원 데이터를 훈련용 자료와 검증용 자료로 나누어 평가한다.

영문 초록

Various data mining techniques, which are decision trees, neural networks and logistic regressions, apply to the constitution classification. We develop scientifical and accurate models that classify the sasang constitution of the oriental medicine and make a comparative study of these models. Data used in this study is based on the result of the questionnaires of 1229 patients who had been treated in A University Oriental Hospital. The questionnaire, which is not QSSCII in general, is consist of total 71 questions under 6 ordinary symptoms-sweat, sleep, feces, urine, digestion and special symptom. If the question is measured with ordered categories, then it assigns scores to categories using the midrank method. Models are assessed at each of the training data and the testing data for the validity and stability.
