교육서비스품질, 학생만족, 관계품질, 그리고 행동의도의 구조적 관계에 대한 실증적 연구

국문 초록

자립형 사립고등학교의 경영에 있어서 교육 서비스 품질의 관리는 다른 자립형 사립고등학교나 일반계 고등학교와의 경쟁에서 우위를 점할 수 있는 핵심 전략이 되고 있다. 자립형 사립고등학교의 교육 서비스 품질에 대한 본 연구의 결과가 제시하는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육 서비스 품질은 학생 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육 서비스 품질은 관계 품질에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학생 만족은 관계 품질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 사실은 자립형 사립고등학교 학생들이 학교생활에서 학교가 제공하는 교육 서비스 품질에 전반적으로 만족했을 때, 학생들은 학교나 선생님에 대해 신뢰감과 애착심은 더욱 강하게 가진다는 것을 나타낸 것이다. 넷째, 관계 품질은 행동 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 학생 만족은 직접적으로는 행동 의도에 영향을 미치지는 않는다. 이것은 자립형 사립고등학교의 경영자는 단순히 학생 만족에 초점을 두어 경영하기보다는 궁극적으로 학생들의 관계 품질 형성에 초점을 두고 학교를 경영해야 한다는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 다섯째, 학생들의 입학 동기는 학생들로 하여금 학교나 선생님들과의 관계 품질의 형성이나 학교의 발전을 위한 긍정적인 행동 의도의 형성에는 아무런 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the structural relationship among Education Service Quality, Student Satisfaction, Relation Quality, and Behavior Intention of the Self-Supporting Private High Schools based on the actual data. The results are followings. First, According to the test results of Education Service Quality and Student Satisfaction, the Circumstantial Indexes and Input Indexes of Education Service Quality have a meaningful effect on the degree of Student Satisfaction. However, the Participative Indexes do not contribute to heightening the level of Student Satisfaction. Second, According to the estimated results of the of Education Service Qualities and Relations Qualities, the Circumstantial and Participative Indexes of Education Service Quality do not affect the numerical change of the latter part. The Participative Indexes of Education Service Quality have turned out to influence the Student Satisfaction largely. Third, According to the estimated results of Student Satisfaction and Relation Quality, the former part has a close influence upon the latter part. Forth, According to the estimated results of Student Satisfaction, Relation Quality, and Behavior Intention, Relation Quality is possibly related to Behavior Intention to a certain extent, while Student Satisfaction is not linked to Behavior Intention.
