임상간호사의 건강증진 생활양식 수행과 관련요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 Pender 건강증진 모형을 중심으로 임상간호사의 건강증진 생활양식 수행과 관련요인을 확인함으로써 간호사의 건강증진 생활양식 수행을 실천하기 위한 간호중재프로그램을 수립하고자 실시하였다. 연구도구는 이전의 관련행위, 지각된 건강상태, 자기효능감, 지각된 유익성, 지각된 장애성, 사회적 지지 및 건강증진 생활양식 수행 측정도구를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 14.0을 이용하여 독립 t-검정(independent t-test) , 일원변량분석(one way ANOVA), 피어슨상관계수(Pearson correlation coefficient), 단계적 중회귀분석(stepwise multiple regression)을 하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 건강증진 생활양식 수행 정도는 평균 2.06점 0.38점(범위:1-4점)이었으며, 건강증진 생활양식 수행의 관련요인의 설명력은 이전의 관련행위가 총 변량의 29.2%, 사회적 지지와 연령이 추가되어 42.5%를 설명하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify health promoting lifestyle and related factors among hospital nurses. The conceptual framework for this study was based on the Pender s Health Promoting Model(1996). The subjects were 780 nurses working at 15 hospitals in Busan and Ulsan. Data were collected by self-reported questionnaires from May to July, 2007. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression by the SPSS 14.0. The average score of the health promoting lifestyle was 2.60(range: 1-4 score). The health promotion lifestyle showed a significantly positive correlation with previous related behavior, self efficacy, perceived benefit, perceived barrier and social support. The predictors of health promoting lifestyle was previous related behavior, social support and age (R2=42.5%, p=.000). The results generally supported the Pender s Health Promoting Model. It recommended to develop the health promotion program for hospital nurses based on these results.
