여대생의 산부인과 진료공포감, 사회규범에 따른 진료인식, 성지식이 산부인과 방문 의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 여대생의 산부인과 방문 의도를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. C시 1개 대학교에 재학 중인 여학생 중 연구의 목적을 이해하고 동의한 미혼 여대생 총 139명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2018년 4월 20에서 5월 20일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Win23프로그램을 이용하여 t-검정(t-test), Pearson 상관계수(correlation coefficient), 다중회귀분석(multiple regression)으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 산부인과 진료공포감에 대한 전체평균 평점은 2.98±.76점이고, 사회규범에 따른 진료인식은 3.38±.46점이었다. 성지식 점수는 0~17점 사이에서 9.17±.3.20점, 산부인과 방문 의도는 1~5점 범위에서 평균 2.94±.088점으로 나타났다. 산부인과 방문 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 산부인과 진료공포감(β=-.375), 첫 성교 경험시기(β=.304), 사회규범에 따른 진료인식(β=.271)순으로 나타났다. 회귀모형은 유의하였으며(F=7.486, p<.001), 수정된 설명력은 34.7%이었다. 본 연구는 산부인과 진료공포감을 낮추고 사회규범에 따른 긍정적 진료인식을 통하여 이른 가임기에 해당되는 대학생 시기에 성 건강이 위협받지 않도록 산부인과 방문 의도를 높이는데 기초적인 근거가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the affecting factors of intention to obstetrics and gynecology in female college students. Data were collected from female college students attending one college in C city, Chungnam province. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results were an average score of the obstetrics and gynecology exam fear and social norm 2.98 ± .76 and 3.38 ± 0.46. Sexual knowledge scored ranged 9.17 ± 3.21 and intention to obstetrics and gynecology was 2.94 ± 0.88. The factors affecting on the fear of obstetrics and gynecology exam fear were grade (β = -. 375), first sexual experience (β = .304), and social norm of obstetrics and gynecology (β = .271). These corrected variables explained 34.7% of total variance on the affecting of intention to visit the obstetrics and gynecology. Therefore, to inhance the visiting of intention for obstetrics and gynecology in female college students, it is necessary to develop the social norm and sexual educational programs for female college students the intention to visit the obstetrics and gynecology .
