국문 초록

이 연구는 사회체육 참가자들의 심리적 욕구와 심리적 행복감에서 나타나는 상호 작용은 어떠한지를 분석하여 사회체육 발전과 활성화에 기여 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 생활체육에 참여하고 있는 사람들 437명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 사회체육 참가자들의 심리적 욕구와 심리적 행복감의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 Pearson의 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 사회체육 참가자들의 심리적 욕구가 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 입력(enter)방식의 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 사회체육 참가자들의 심리적 욕구와 심리적 행복감의 관계에서 모든 요인들에서 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회체육 참가자들의 심리적 욕구가 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향 중 쾌락적 즐거움, 몰입감, 자아 실현감은 심리적 욕구 모든 하위요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자신감에서는 자율성, 유능성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the interaction between psychological desire and psychological happiness of participants in social sports and to provide basic data to contribute to the activation and development of social sports. In order to achieve this goal, we surveyed 437 people who participated in sports for all. Pearson s correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between psychological needs and psychological well-being of participants in social sports. In order to analyze the effect of psychological desires on psychological well-being, the following conclusions were obtained. First, there was a significant correlation between psychological desire and psychological happiness of all participants. Second, it was found that all the sub-factors had a significant effect on the psychological happiness of the participants in the sports physical activity, and the pleasure, joy, immersion, and self-actualization had a significant effect on self-respectively.
