피리교재의 기초연주법내용 분석 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 현재까지 피리 연주법에 대한 선행 연구들을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 하여 현재 나와 있는 피리교재의 기초연주법내용을 분석해서 새로운 피리 기초 연주법교육의 방향을 제시해보려 하는데 있으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행연구결과를 바탕으로 피리의 연주법을 분류해 보면, 우선 소리를 내는 단계의 연주법과 연주를 하는 단계의 연주법으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 소리를 내는 단계의 연주법을 연주 자세와 취법으로 볼 수 있으며, 연주를 위한 연주법에는 선율 진행을 위한 연주법과 음색을 바꾸기 위한 연주법, 강조나 꾸밈을 위한 연주법으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 피리를 연주하기 위해서는 이런 연주법이 모두 숙달되어야 하겠지만, 본고에서 다루고 있는 기초 연주법에서는 연주자세교육과 취법, 안공법교육이 우선시 되어야 한다고 생각된다. 둘째, 현재 2019년 4월을 기준으로 도서검색을 통하여 얻을 수 있는 피리와 관련된 교재와 악보집은 13종이 있다. 여기서 악보집 성격이 강한 교재를 제외하면 총 5종이다. 셋째, 현재 나와 있는 피리교재 5종의 기초연주법내용을 연주 자세교육과 취법, 안공법을 위주로 분석해보면, 피리교재의 기초 연주법교육에 관한 부분은 모든 교재에 수록이 되어 있다. 하지만 각각의 교재에 수록되어 있는 내용에는 약간의 차이가 있으며, 공통적으로 분량이 너무 작고 연계된 연습곡이 미비하다는 점과 통일된 용어를 쓰지 않고 있다는 문제점이 있다. 현재 나와 있는 피리교재의 기초연주법내용을 분석해본 결과 기초 연주법에 대한 분량이 너무 작다는 점과 용어의 통일성이 부족한 점이 문제라고 생각된다. 우선 기초연주법교육을 위한 내용이 늘어 나야하고, 그림이나 사진 등을 활용하여 알기 쉽게 설명해야 할 것이다. 그리고 취법교육과 안공법교육을 위해 각 단계별로 연습곡이 필요하다고 생각된다. 또 피리의 각 부분에 대한 명칭을 통일한다면 초보자들의 혼란을 방지할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This paper examines the basic techniques in piri textbooks currently available on the basis of the precedent studies on piri techniques in order to present a new direction to the training of basic piri techniques, and the findings are listed below. Firstly, the piri techniques presented in the precedent studies can be categorized into two stages: a stage to make a sound and a stage to play tunes. The sound making stage includes the playing posture and embouchure while the playing stage can be divided into the techniques for melody progress, the techniques for emphases and ornateness. All these techniques should be mastered to play the piri instrument. In the training of basic techniques, however, the playing posture, embouchure, and fingering should be prioritized as proposed in this paper. Secondly, there are 13 kinds of the piri relevant textbooks and music books which can be found through search engines as of April of 2019. The textbooks are considered to be of 5 in total excluding those more of music books. Thirdly, all the five piri textbooks available at present include the training of basic piri techniques when analyzed mainly with the playing posture, embouchure, and fingering. However, there are slight differences in the contents of the textbooks and problems in that they commonly take very small portions for the basics with lack of practice songs as well as the use of ununified terms. As mentioned above, it is considered problematic that piri textbooks currently available have very little contents for basic techniques and they lack in unity in the use of terms. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the basic techniques in contents and give clear and lucid account utilizing figures and photographs. It is also proposed to include practice songs in each stage for better training of the embouchure and fingering of piri . Also, the use of the unified terms for the parts of piri can prevent the beginners from falling into confusion.
