영문 초록

This study identifies the major work place and commute time of public rental housing recipients and examines the public transportation mobility of where public rental housing exist based on user-oriented and supplier-oriented public transport mobility index in Seoul, Korea . To account for real traffic conditions of the destination and commute time, smart card data and SK Planet T map API were used. As a result, 9 administrative-dongs where public housing recipients mainly access as their work place were identified and their peak commute time is 9AM to 10AM. The result of comparison between administrative-dongs whether there is public housing based on the real traffic data shows that where public rental housing is located has less public transportation mobility in terms of user-oriented and supplier-oriented.
