국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지적측량서비스 전달과정을 방문ㆍ접수과정, 서비스처리과정, 결과ㆍ통보과정으로 구분하여 실증분석하고, 분석결과를 토대로 지적측량서비스 전달과정을 평가함으로써 지적측량서비스 고객만족도의 향상방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 본 연구의 대상은 대한지적공사의 지적측량서비스 과정으로 하였고, 연구의 범위는 공간적, 시간적, 내용적 범위로 구분하였다. 먼저 시간적 범위는 지적측량시장이 본격적으로 개방된 2002년부터 현재까지로 하고, 공간적 범위는 경기도로 하였으며, 내용적 범위는 지적측량서비스를 전달하기 위한 일련의 과정을 평가하는 것으로 한정하였다. 연구방법으로 접근 방법은 행정적 접근방법을 사용하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사법과 인터넷조사법을 병행하며, 분석방법은 통계적 분석방법을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 지적측량서비스의 고객만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 방문ㆍ접수과정의 접근성과 쾌적성, 서비스처리과정의 친절성과 체계성, 결과 및 통보과정의 신뢰성, 정확성, 환류성이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the this study is to classify cadastral survey service into visiting, receiving, providing service and informing results for empirical analysis, and to propose some ways of increasing customers satisfaction by evaluating the delivery process of cadastral survey service based on the analysis results. In order to effectively accomplish the purpose, this study selected the target as the cadastral survey service of Korea Cadastral survey Corp, and the scope of the study was divided into space, time and contents. The time frame was set between 2002 when cadastral survey market opened in earnest to the present, and the space scope was within Gyeonggi-do whereas the contents were limited to evaluating the a series of process for delivering cadastral survey service. Administrative approach was adopted while literature and internet research methods were used, and statistical analysis was conducted. As a result of the study, it was found that accessability and pleasant environment for visiting and receiving process, providing kind and systematic service, and reliability, accuracy and good feedback for result and information process are important in order to increase customers satisfaction in cadastral survey service.
