준고령자와 고령자의 주거만족도 영향요인 비교 분석

국문 초록

고령화의 진전은 고령인구의 주거문제를 두각시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 세대 내, 세대간 차이에 따라 주거문제도 다른 양상으로 나타날 것으로 예상된다. 현재의 고령자와 향후 고령자가 될 준고령자는 사회·경제적 배경이 다르고 교육수준, 소득수준 등이 다르므로 주거의식 역시 다를 것이다. 본 연구는 고령화가 매우 빠른 강원도의 준고령자와 고령자를 대상으로 집단 간 영향요인의 차이와 주거만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 그 결과 준고령자의 영향요인은 접근성, 주거비용 및 수준, 커뮤니티로 나타났다. 고령자의 영향요인은 주거환경, 주거비용 및 수준으로 나타났다. 준고령자는 커뮤니티 요인이 주거만족도에 큰 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 고령자는 주거환경 요인이 주거만족도에 큰영향을 미치고 있었다. 두 집단 모두 주거비용 및 수준 요인에는 주거만족도에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 고령자가 부정적인 영향력이 더 영향력이 크게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The progress of aging is one that pierces residential problems of the elderly population. Furthermore, based on differences between generations of the elderly population, housing problems are expected to be displayed differently. The current elderly and semi-elderly who will become the-aged in the future have different social and economic backgrounds, different educational standards, income levels and so on, so the housing consciousness is also different. This study is to investigate of factors Affecting the residential satisfaction of semi-elderly and the elderly in Gangwon-do. As a result, the influence factors of semi-elderly people appeared to be accessibility, housing cost and level, community. The factors influencing the elderly were residential environment, housing cost and level. In the semi-elderly, community factors had a great influence on the residential satisfaction, and elderly people had a great influence on the residential satisfaction by the residential environmental factor. The housing cost and level factor in both groups has a negative influence on residential satisfaction and the negative influence has become more influential for the elderly.
