체코 대학생들의 한국어 글쓰기에 나타난 오류 분석: 음운 분야를 중심으로

국문 초록

이 글은 체코 프라하에 있는 Charles University 한국학과 학생들의 한국어 글쓰기 자료에서 음운 부면의 오류 현상을 찾아 기술하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 받아쓰기와 글쓰기 자료를 함께 분석하여 상호 보완이 되도록 하였다. 자음의 경우, 평음·경음·유기음 간의 혼동이 많은데, 평음과 유기음의 혼동이 주류적 현상이다. 다른 자음보다 파찰음이 압도적으로 많은 혼동을 보인다. 어말 위치에서는, ‘ㅇ’이 [nk] 또는 [ng]로 발음되기도 하며, 비음 ‘ㄴ, ㅁ, ㅇ’이 서로 혼동된다. ‘ㄱ’을 잘 못 듣는 현상도 나타난다. 모음의 경우, ‘ㅓ’를 ‘ㅗ’로 혼동한 오류가 가장 많다. 역방향인 ‘ㅗ’를 ‘ㅓ’로 잘못 적은 예도 거의 같은 빈도로 나타난다. 그 외 ‘ㅔ’와 ‘ㅐ’의 혼동 및 ‘ㅡ’와 ‘ㅓ, ㅣ, ㅜ’등의 혼동이 있다. 이런 오류 경향은 한국어와 체코어의 음운 체계 차이가 주원인이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Korean phoneme errors of Czech students’ Korean Composition. In formal studies, the phenomena of pronunciation and phoneme errors are analyzed by pronounced materials. But in this study, instead of analyzing pronunciation, the errors are analyzed with the dictation and writing materials of Czech students which reflects phonetic notation and perception of phoneme of learners. As a result, this study did get some meaningful error tendency. In case of consonant, the confusion among ‘neutral-aspirated-tensed’ consonants and the error in the coda are remarkable. The order of frequent error tendency is [aspirated]→[neutral] > [neutral]→[aspirated] > [tense]→[neutral] > [neutral]→[tense]. This shows the main error is coming from the confusion between [aspirated] and [neutral]. Also, [affricative] consonant confusion is overwhelmingly frequent than [plosive] one. In addition, errors, [ŋ] is pronounced with [nk] in the coda and with [ng] in the sequence ‘ŋ-vowel’, appears case by case. And in the coda, [nasal] consonant /m, n, ŋ/ are confused, especially with /n/ and /ŋ/. This phenomena is connection with the pronunciation of [ŋ]. Also, even though it is not frequent, there is mishearing phenomena, which the error occurrence differs from individual to individual, when there is /k/ in the coda. In case of vowel, the highest number of errors occurs between /?/ and /o/. Frequently, /o/ was misspelled with /?/ and vice versa. This is due to absent of vowel /?/ in the Czech vowel system, and the influence of the phonetic proximity of /?/ and /o/ in the Modern Standard Korean. In addition, the confusion with /?/ and /e/, /?/ and /?, i, u/ appeared in the writing materials. In the future, it is necessary to study the Korean teaching in Czech in various aspects to seek useful pedagogics.
