국문 초록

본 연구는 재난방재 산업에서의 기술, 제품, 공정, 시스템 개발 혁신이 조직 구성원의 혁신저항과 기술성과에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 실증조사하였다. 조사대상은 재난방재 산업체 대표와 관리자 300명을 대상으로 전국적으로 우편 및 e-mail로 설문지에 의한 조사방법으로 조사하였다. 연구결과 재난방재산업에서의 혁신 요인이 혁신저항과 기술성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 재난방재산업내 기술, 제품, 공정, 시스템 혁신요인의 적용을 극대화하기 위해서는 대다수 중소, 기업의 특징을 고려하여 조직내 구성원의 혁신요인의 결집을 위한 구조화가 선행되어야 한다. 특히 중소기업의 독자적인 기술개발 혁신 우위의 장점을 살리기 위해서는 전체적인 조직구성원의 저항을 극복하기 위해 혁신지향적 전략의 과감한 투입과 전략화가 요구됨을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is intended to empirically determine the effects of technology, product, process, and system development innovation on innovation resistance and technology performance of organizational members in the disaster prevention industry. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 300 representatives and managers from the industry via mail and e-mail. The findings showed that innovation factors had a positive effect on innovation resistance and technology performance in the disaster prevention industry. Consequently, given the characteristics of many small- and medium-sized companies, systematic organization for the concentration of organizational members innovation factors should receive preference in order to maximize technology, product, process and system innovation. In particular, the bold input and establishment of innovation-oriented strategies for overcoming all organizational members resistance are needed to leverage the dominant advantages of independent technology development innovation in small-and medium-sized companies.
