중등교사의 교수몰입에 영향을 미치는 심리적 특성과 인지적 특성

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사의 교수몰입에 영향을 미치는 심리적 특성인 자기결정성과 조화열정, 그리고 인지적 특성인 사고양식과 교수메타인지간의 구조적 관계를 검증 하고, 각 변수의 영향력을 밝히는데 있다. 연구대상은 충북에 소재한 중등학교에 재 직 중인 교사 429명이며, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 사고양식, 자기결정성, 교수메타인지, 조화열정 그리고 교수몰입 간 의 관계를 설명하는 최종모형의 적합도는 χ²=224.204, df=35, ρ=.000, RMSEA는 .076, GFI는 .924, TLI는 .914로 모두 기준에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 교수몰입에 영향을 미치는 구체적인 경로를 살펴보면, 사고양식, 자기결정성, 교수메 타인지, 조화열정 모두 유의한 직접적인 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중에 서도 사고양식의 직접적인 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교수몰입에 영 향을 미치는 간접효과를 상세 분해한 결과, 유의한 경로 중 사고양식이 자기결정성 을 통해서 교수몰입에 이르는 경로의 간접적인 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교사의 교수몰입 수준을 높이기 위해서는 심리적 특성인 자기결정성과 조화 열정, 그리고 인지적 특성인 사고양식과 교수메타인지를 통합적으로 증진시킬 수 있 는 프로그램 고안이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the relationships among psychological and cognitive factors that affect teaching flow among secondary school teachers. Understanding these relationships is crucial to enhancing the teaching flow of teachers. Participants were 429 secondary school teachers in Chungbuk province. AMOS 20.0 was used to analyze the data. The results were as follows. First, a hypothetical model was fitted to the empirical data(χ2=224.204, df=35(ρ<.001), RMSEA=.076, GFI=.924, TLI=.914). Second, the significant factors affecting teaching flow were thinking style, self-determination, teaching metacognition, and passion. The most influential direct factor was thinking style. Further, the most influential indirect factor was the path from thinking style through self-determination. Therefore, in order to increase teaching flow of teachers, we must design an integrated program to increase psychological characteristics(self-determination, passion) and cognitive characteristics(thinking style, teaching metacognition).
