대학생의 성인애착과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 사회부과 완벽주의와 향유신념의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 성인애착, 사회부과 완벽주의, 향유신념, 대학생활적응 간의 상관관계 를 밝히고, 성인애착이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 사회부과 완벽주의와 향유 신념의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시 소재 국립 B 대학교, 사립 D 대학교의 4년제 대학생 351명을 대상으로 하여 친밀관계경험 척도, 다차원적 완벽주의 척도, 향유신념 척도, 대학생활적응 척도를 실시한 뒤 분석을 통 하여 매개효과를 알아보았다. 연구결과, 성인애착, 사회부과 완벽주의, 향유신념, 대 학생활적응 간에는 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 또한 사회부과 완벽주의는 애착회피, 애착불안과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 부분적 매개효과가 있었으며, 향유신념은 애 착회피, 애착불안과 대학생할적응의 관계에서 부분적 매개효과가 있었다. 즉 불안정 애착 수준이 높을수록 사회부과 완벽주의 성향은 높아지며 향유신념은 낮아지고, 이 러한 요인들이 대학생활 부적응의 원인이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서의 의의 및 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study was aimed to examine the mediating effects of socially prescribed perfectionism and savoring beliefs in the relationship between adult attachment and student adaptation to college. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, The subjects were 351 students from two universities located in Busan. Instruments used in the study were as follows: Experiences in Close Relationship-Revised(ECR-R) scale, Multidimention Perfectionism Scale(MPS), the Savoring Beliefs Inventory(SBI) and Revised Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire(RSACQ). Based on the results of this study, the major findings were as follows: First, there is partial mediation effect of socially prescribed perfectionism in the relationship between adult attachment and student adaptation to college. Second, there is partial mediation effect of savoring beliefs perfectionism in the relationship between adult attachment and student adaptation to college. The results of study showed, socially prescribed perfectionism and savoring beliefs act as a mediator in the relationship between adult attachment and student adaptation to college. A discussion and a conclusion are included, as are suggestions for future research based on the results.
