국문 초록

본 연구는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 통합교과 교육과정의 적용에 대 한 주요 쟁점들을 중심으로 교원들의 인식과 요구를 분석하여 2009 개정 교육과정 이 목적으로 하는 성과가 단위학교에서 실현되기 위한 방안을 논의하는데 그 목적 이 있다. 이를 위해 학교 소재지, 학급 수, 교사 경력, 교육과정 개발 경험 등의 교사 배경을 바탕으로 설문조사를 전국 단위로 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석결 과, 교사들은 세 교과 통합 운영에 대해 원칙적으로 동의하고 있으나, 실천에 대한 어려움을 느끼고 있었고, 교육과정 통합 및 연계방법, 교수학습 방법, 교수학습 방법 에 따른 평가방법 등에 대한 안내가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 실제적인 실천에 어려움이 있음을 말해 주고 있으며, 구체적이고 다양한 방안들이 제공되지 않는다면 자칫 부실한 운영으로 이어질 수 있음을 말해준다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to make some meaningful suggestions for the effective implementation of the 2009 Revised Integrated Curriculum for grade 1 & 2 in Elementary School through analyzing its present practice. Especially, we focus on the linking and integrating three sub-integrated curriculums, linking between ‘School and I’ and adaptation program, and implementing instruction and evaluation. This study used the surveys about elementary school teachers nationwide to collect data on the perceptions and needs concerned with the 2009 Revised integrated curriculum. Based on the results of research, this study suggests the following opinion for the effective implementation of 2009 Revised Integrated Curriculum for grade 1 & 2 in elementary school; establishing practical ways for teaching and learning strategies, guiding teachers about utilizing (linking & integrating) curriculum, enhancing school-home-community collaboration, managing skill the block time, developing and disseminating instruction?learning?assessment resources and practical methods.
