창의성 하위 요소에 대한 교원의 교육요구 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학교현장의 창의성 교육 활성화를 위해 교원의 창의성 교육 요구분석을 수행하는데 있다. 이를 통해 창의성을 구성하는 하위요소 중 교원들이 실제로 교육이 필요하다고 인식하는 창의성 요소를 도출하고, 도출된 하위요소 중 가장 먼저 고려해야 할 창의성 하위요소에 대한 우선순위를 살펴보았다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 교원 대상 창의․인성 교육워크숍에 참여한 현직교원 160명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종 108(회수율 67.5%)부의 설문지를 회수하였다. 설문분석결과 총 13개의 창의성 구성 하위요소 중 13개 하위요소 모두 필요수준과 현재 수준 간에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. Borich 요구도 값을 산출하여 앞서 도출된 13개 하위요소에 대한 우선순위를 분석하고 The Locus For Focus 모델을 활용한 결과 ‘호기심’, ‘집요성’, ‘유희성’, ‘독창성’, ‘융통성’ 등 총 5개의 요소가 교사를 대상으로 한 창의성 교육에서 가장 우선적으로 고려해야 할 창의성의 하위요소로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 교사 대상 창의성 교육프로그램에서 우선적으로 다루어져야 할 요소들을 명료화하여 향후 교사들의 창의성을 효과적으로 계발할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to conduct in-service teachers’ needs analysis of creativity education in order to invigorate the creativity education in the school. This study is to figure out creativity components recognized by teachers among sub-elements of creativity components and priority of sub-elements of creativity. This study aims to provide basic data for the teacher training program in order to develop teacher s creativity. To accomplish the purpose of this study, The survey was conducted with 160 in-service teachers who participated in creativity educational program for in-service teacher. Based on 108 returned questionnaires, analysis was performed in tri-level procedure utilizing a paired T-test, Borich s Needs Analysis, The Locus For Focus model to derive the educational needs and priorities in teacher s creativity education. As a result of the paired T-test analysis, a significant difference in recognition levels between present and needs were founded in all components among a total of thirteen (13) sub-elements in creativity education. The analysis for priorities of thirteen (13) sub-elements was conducted through calculation of Borich s Needs value. In accordance with The Locus For Focus model, ‘curiosity , obstinacy , playfulness , originality , flexibility was identified as the highest priority sub-factors of creativity in the creativity education for teachers. According to the result of this study, it is expected to be used as the basic data to develop creativity educational program for teachers and clarify the elements that should be primarily deal with creativity education in order to develop teachers creativity.
