중등학교 학생부 교사의 역량모델링

국문 초록

최근 학교 폭력 등 다양한 학내 문제의 발생과 해결이 중요한 이슈가 되면서, 학생부 교사의 역할이 어느 때보다 중요해졌다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 중등학교학생부 교사의 직무를 정의하고, 학생부 교사들에게 필요한 역량이 무엇인지 구체적 으로 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 가장 먼저 학생부 교사의 직무를 정의하기 위해 단위학교의 업무 분장표와 관련법을 분석하였으며, 교사들의 역량에 관한 선행연구를 분석하여 학생부 교사와 유관한 역량을 추출하였다. 이와 함께 현직 학생부장 교사 5명과 개별 심층인터뷰를 통해 역량의 내용을 추가하여 학생부교사의 잠정적 역량을 도출하였다. 그런 다음 전문가 집단을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하여 잠정 도출된 역량을 수정하였다. 마지막으로는 도출된 역량의 타당도를 획득하기 위해 일선에 있는 현직교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 7개 역량군18개 역량을 최종적으로 확정하였다. 연구결과, 도출된 학생부 교사의 역량은 일반교원의 역량에 비하여 학생들에 대한 열정과 인성적 자질, 학생들에 대한 본보기 역할을 위한 자기관리영역과 문제해결능력 등이 강조되었다. 연구결과는 향후, 교사들의 인사배치, 연수프로그램 개발 등의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Recently, as the cause and resolution of various school problem such as violence has become a very important issue, the role of the ministry of the student teacher becomes more important than ever before. In this context, the purpose of this study is to define the role of secondary school the ministry of the student teacher and find out concretely what the desired competency for the teacher is. Firstly, to define the role of the ministry of the student teacher, analyzing segregation of duties and related laws in school unit was conducted and relevant competencies for the ministry of the student teacher were extracted through related literature review about competency for school teachers. Secondly, potential competencies of the ministry of the student teacher were deducted through adding more detailed contents by in-depth individual interview with 5 current head teachers. After that, Delphi survey of focus group was implemented to revise potentially designed competency for the ministry of the student teacher. Survey for current teachers was conducted to obtain the validity of potentially designed competencies and finally, 7 units of competency and 18 detailed competencies of secondary school the ministry of the student teacher were settled. The study result has it that passion for students, qualification of personality and self-regulation for role model about the students are especially emphasized in competency of the ministry of the student teacher, compared to that of general teacher. Based on the findings and conclusion of this study, the result will be put to use for base line data such as personnel allocation of teachers and developing training programs.
