국문 초록

관광분야에서의 감정노동 연구는 주로 항공사, 여행사, 호텔에 종사하는 서비스 종사자들을 대상으로 진행되어 왔다. 최근 관광활동의 중요한 목적 중 하나로 쇼핑활동에 대한 인식이 높아지고 있으나 쇼핑관광객을 응대하는 면세판매서비스 종사자를 대상으로 한 감정노동 연구는 그동안 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 9월 4일부터 2017년 9월 22일까지 서울시내 면세점에 근무하는 종사자 200명을 대상으로 신경심리에 의거한 APL 신경심리검사항목을 활용하여 면세판매서비스 종사자의 개인 인지사고특성에 따른 감정노동과 직무스트레스 및 직무만족 간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 직무스트레스는 감정의 다양성과 직무만족 간에 완전매개역할을 하고, 면세판매서비스 종사자의 개인 인지사고특성에서 구체적 사고는 조절변수로서의 효과가 있음이 검증되었다. 향후 APL 신경심리검사를 활용하여 보다 다양한 면세판매서비스 종사자를 대상으로 감정노동 연구를 실시하고, 이들의 개인 인지사고특성에 따라 면세업장의 담당업무 배치와 서비스 재교육 매뉴얼 제작 등의 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 연구를 수행하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Emotional labor research has been mainly conducted with regards to workers in airlines, hotels, and travel agency. Recently, one of the important objectives of the tourism activity increased awareness of the shopping activities, but there is a lack of research on emotional labor for duty-free sales service employees responding to shopping tourists. Thus, this study provides an analysis on the relationship of individual cognitive psychological characteristics, job stress, and job satisfaction, through the APL neuropsychological test survey on 200 duty-free employees in Seoul between September 4th and 22nd, 2017. Duty-free sales service employees were set as subject of the study, and their individual cognitive psychological characteristics have been set as variable of the study, which is notable in that previous emotional labor researches have rarely took cognitive psychological factors into account. The result on the research shows that job stress serves as full mediating variable in the relationship between emotional variety and job satisfaction, whereas specific thinking characteristics have been proven to serve as moderating variables. The researchers on this study expect the research results to be used in designing employee training programs as well as efficiently placing employees. The researchers also hopes to provide follow-up studies regarding emotional labor, using APL neuro-psychological surveys.
