농촌마을의 생물자원을 활용한 생태관광 적용 연구

국문 초록

최근, 농촌의 공익적 가치에 대한 중요성이 재조명되고 있지만 정책과 사업에서는 여전히 농촌에 도시형 지역개발이 활발히 투입되고 있어 생태환경을 활용한 농촌관광은 부분적이고 균형되지 못한 관점에서 조성되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농촌마을의 생물자원을 활용한 지속가능한 생태관광계획(안)을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 논산 황금빛 마을을 연구 대상지로 정하였다. 슈타이너(Steiner)의 생태계획모델(Ecological Planning Model)을 적용하여 생태관광을 위한 면밀한 조사·분석을 실시하고자 하였는데 관리주체가 주민임을 감안하여 연구과정에서 주민을 참여시켜 의견을 수렴하였다. 조사·분석 결과, 황금빛마을은 농경지가 기질(Matrix)이 되는 생태경관 구조를 지니고 있었으며 주거지역, 소규모 식생군락지 등 생태조각(Patch)이 파편화 된 형태이기 때문에 마을길, 자투리 공간, 텃밭 등을 활용한 녹지 간 생태 연결성 증진 계획을 도입하였다. 특히, 생태도랑과 우렁이농법 농경지 연결지역은 핵심 생태공간으로 세심한 계획·관리가 필요한 것으로 사료된다. 생물상은 식물상 169분류군, 동물상 110종이 서식하고 있었는데 중요종은 곰솔, 맹꽁이, 새홀리기 등으로 이들의 유지·보전이 필요한 것으로 보인다. 관광을 위한 공간계획으로는 주민 의견을 수렴하여 생태도랑 인근과 마을회관 공터를 선정하였다. 생물상 조사 결과를 바탕으로 자생식물과 마을 특산물을 활용한 관광 프로그램을 제안하여 마을에서 관광활동이 이루어 질 수 있도록 하였다. 생태계획의 특성상 계획, 조성보다 유지관리가 더욱 중요하므로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 지속적인 유지관리와 보완이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Recently, the importance of rural public values has been reexamined. However, in the policies and projects, the development of urban areas is still being actively implemented in rural areas. Therefore, rural tourism using ecological environment is being developed from a partial and unbalanced perspective. The purpose of this study is to propose sustainable eco - tourism plan (plan) using the biological resources of rural villages. For this purpose, the Nonsan Golden Village was designated as the study site. In this study, we applied Steiner s Ecological Planning Model to conduct detailed research and analysis for ecotourism. In addition, considering the fact that the management subject is a resident, the residents participated in the research process and collected opinions. As a result of the survey and analysis, the golden villages had an ecological landscape structure in which the agricultural land became a matrix. Generally, ecological patches such as residential areas and small vegetation communities are fragmented. Therefore, we introduced a plan to promote ecological connectivity between green spaces using village roads, squatting spaces, and garden gardens. Ecological ditches and coagulant farming The connection area of farmland is considered to be a key ecological space, and it is considered that careful planning and management are necessary. In addition, there were 169 taxa of flora and 110 taxa of fauna. Especially, it seems that it is necessary to maintain and preserve them as a legal protection species, such as aphids and new horses. As a space plan for ecotourism, residents opinions were collected and vacant eco - ditches and village halls were selected. Based on the results of the biomass survey, we proposed a tourism program using native plants and local products. Thus, tourism activities in the village were made possible. Also, due to the nature of ecological planning, maintenance is more important than planning and composition. Therefore, based on the results of the study, continuous maintenance and supplementation should be continued.
