영아교사의 자기효능감, 교사효능감, 보육신념이 영아발달에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 영아교사의 자기효능감, 교사효능감, 보육신념이 영아발달에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 전북 J시, G시, I시에 소재한 어린이집 71곳에 재원중인 만 0, 1, 2세 영아교사 307명과 그들의 영아 307명이며, 영아교사를 대상으로 자기효능감, 교사효능감, 보육신념, 영아발달에 대한 평정척도를 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS-WIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, Pearson 적률상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영아교사의 자기효능감과 교사효능감은 영아발달과 전체적으로 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 보육신념은 부분적으로 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 영아발달 전체에 대한 영아교사의 자기효능감, 교사효능감, 보육신념의 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 교사효능감의 수업전략이 가장 큰 영향력이 있었다. 본 연구는 영아발달 증진을 위한 영아교사의 자기효능감과 교사효능감 및 보육신념의 관계를 밝히고, 영아발달에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보아 영아발달을 증진시키는 데 의미 있는 정보를 제시하여 그 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to find out the effects of infant-teacher s self-efficacy, teacher-efficacy, and child-care belief on infant development. The study was conducted with 307 teachers for infants aged 0, 1, and 2, and their 307 infants of 71 day-care centers located in J, G, and I cities, Jeollabukdo. Rating scale for self-efficacy, teacher-efficacy, child-care belief, and infant development was utilized to infant teachers. Date were analyzed with frequency, descriptive statistics, Pearson s correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The results of the study are as follows. First, infant-teacher s self-efficacy and teacher-efficacy generally had a positive correlation with infant development, while child-care belief did in part. Second, the results of the effects of infant-teacher s self-efficacy, teacher-efficacy, and child-care belief on infant development in general showed that the teaching strategy of teacher-efficacy had the greatest influence. The study can be said to be very suggestive, in that it revealed the connection of infant-teacher s self-efficacy, teacher-efficacy, and child-care belief with infant development and suggested effective and valuable information in improving infant development by finding out the factors affecting infant development.
