영문 초록

This research aims to solve the problem of food service foundation that has high failure rate and recognize the importance of the livelihood type founders who want soft landing rather than great success of their business foundation. Therefore, this research propose a practical implication that founders can set their business successfully through analyzing type of managing business, entrepreneurial preparation, background characteristics, and entrepreneur’s psychological characteristics of the founder and providing a opportunity of understanding food service foundation to them. The questionnaire survey target is food service self-employed people who set up their business in the capital area. The survey had been conducted from December 1st, 2015 to February 15th, 2016. The 198 copies out of 300 copies had been used for empirical research. Firstly, financial background, risk taking, achievement need and various experience affect management performance. Second, management performance affects positively on the satisfaction of foundation.
