영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to compare and analyse practical arts curriculum, to grape for problem of it, and to present the Improvement of it for the upgrading of practical arts teachers qualities in educational university. The study was carried out through review of the literature related elementary school teacher s role and quality, the 2006-2007 University Outline for 11 educational universities. Analysis criteria of practical arts curriculum were the required and optional domain of liberal arts course, subject matter course, and deepening course etc. 1) Elementary school teacher s role and quality divided into the education and the contents studies of practical arts subject matter education, subdivided into 70 items such as educational studies 14 items and contents studies 56 items. 2) Subjects matter for the upgrading of practical arts teachers quality were 23 subjects such as Educational Studies of Practical Arts Education , History and Philosophy of Practical Arts Education , Home Economics Management , Technology , Horticulture , Career Guidance etc. 3) Subjects matter should be connected with all course of university curriculum, harmonize related subjects with each academic domains of practical arts education.
