국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 여가참여유형과 여가만족, 진로성숙과의 영향관계를 확인하는 연구이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경남에 위치한 4년제 대학생 남·여를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 350부를 배부하여 최종 328부를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. SPSS 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, One-Way ANOVA를 실시한 결과 첫째, 대학생들의 여가참여유형에 따라 여가만족 정도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 여가참여유형은 여가만족 중 심리적 여가만족 정도에만 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 <가설 1-3>은 채택되었으며 <가설 1-1>, <가설 1-2>는 기각되었다. 여가참여유형은 스포츠활동과 관람·감상활동 집단 사이에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 대학생들의 여가참여유형에 따라 진로성숙 정도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 여가참여유형은 진로성숙 중 독립성에만 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 <가설 2-4>는 채택되었으며 <가설 2-1>, <가설 2-2>, <가설 2-3>, <가설 2-5>는 기각되었다. 여가참여유형은 스포츠활동과 취미·교양활동, 관람·감상활동 집단 사이에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 남·여 대학생들 모두 주된 여가참여활동이 관람·감상활동(영화감상, 공연관람, 스포츠관람, 음악회 등)으로 여가참여활동의 다양성이 확보되지 않은 결과로 판단되며 향후 연구 대상에 따른 비교 연구를 통하여 심도있는 논의가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to identify the relationship between college students’ leisure participation types and their leisure satisfaction and career maturity. A survey was conducted of college students living in Gyeongnam and a total of 328 questionnaires among distributed 350 were used for data analysis. SPSS 18.0 was used for frequency analysis, chi-squared test, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and One-Way ANONA. The results are as follows. First, the degree of leisure satisfaction was different by the types of leisure activity students participated in. Specifically, leisure participation types showed a meaning influence on psychological leisure satisfaction among all leisure satisfaction factors, and as a result, was adopted and and were rejected. Leisure participation types were confirmed to have a meaningful influence on the sports activity group and the performance watching group. Second, the degree of career maturity was different by the students’ leisure participation types. Specifically, leisure participation types showed to have an effect on the independence factor among all career maturity factors, and as a result, was adopted and , , and were rejected. Leisure participation types were confirmed to have a meaningful difference among the sports activity group, the hobby-cultural activity group, and the performance watching group. The result showed that the most popular leisure activity for both male and female students was a performance watching activity(watching movies, shows, sports, concerts, etc.), resulting from difficulties to participate in diverse activities. More in-depth studies are needed to make a comparative study regarding the subjects.
