국문 초록

2015년 12월20일 한중 FTA가 발효되면서 10조원의 중국시장 선점과 약 10년간 0.96%의 경제성장효과를 나타낼 수 있을 것이라는 정부 발표가 있었다. 또한 한중 FTA의 2015년 연내 발효에 따라 2016년부터 바로 그 효과가 나타날 것으로 발표되어 한국경제의 새로운 국면을 기대하게 되었다. 그러나 중국경제의 성장둔화, 초저유가와 맞물려 2016년 1월 대 중국 한국수출은 전년 동월대비 21.5% 감소하여 2008년 세계금융위기 때와 비슷한 양상을 보이고 있다. 이러한 현상은 단지 중국의 성장둔화와 저유가만의 문제는 아니며 한중 무역구조 변화의 영향도 배제할 수 없다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 한중양국의 무역구조를 판단할 수 있는 무역결합도를 측정한 결과 한중무역은 결합도가 점차 감소하여 상호경쟁적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 변화가 양국무역에 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 판단되며, 무역결합도를 활용한 한중 FTA 양허안 분석은 새로운 시사점을 제공할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

Korea-China FTA on Dec. 20, 2015 has been the entry into force. As a result, the 10 trillion won China market preoccupancy and about 10-year 0.96% of economic growth effect are estimated. The South Korean government announced that it immediately appears its effect from 2016, because it has taken effect the end of 2015. However, effect of the slowdown in growth of the Chinese economy and the ultra-low oil prices, South Korea's exports to China in January 2016 decreased by 21.5% year-on-year. There shows that the appearance similar to when the global financial crisis in 2008. Such a phenomenon, not just a matter of slowing growth Chinese economy and the ultra-low oil prices, it is not possible to also eliminate the effect of changes in the Korea-China trade structure. Results of the measurement of the trade complementarity of the two countries intensity of trade can determine trade structure that Korea-China trade complementarity was found to be mutually competitive for gradually decreased. Such a change is determined to have an effect on the two countries of the trade, the analysis of the Korea-China FTA concessions using intensity of trade can be seen as providing a new suggestion.
