영문 초록

Previous research on tourism and tourist satisfaction has focused on identifying and analyzing general and/or specific attributes that are related to travel experiences. These research are based on a premise that understanding how the tourists evaluate various travel-related attributes that they might encounter in a tourist destination is extremely important for tourism products/services providers to understand tourist experience itself and to develop/maintain the destination. On the other hand, the portion of South Asian tourist market in Kangwon Do has been increasing constantly since the mid of 1990. But little research has focused on this market. With these aspects in mind, this study was conducted to extract some marketing implications needed for targeting South Asian Winter tourism market. Results showed that the market was not homogeneous in terms of the evaluation on (or satisfaction with) the travel-related attributes. Some marketing implications were suggested based on the results.
