영문 초록

The revolution of information and communication in the 21st century, as a new management paradigm of all industries, demands decision-marking through collecting and analyzing both highly advanced and speedy information The result inevitably calls for new human resources training. For the purpose of training human resources armed with global progress, there is necessity for both tourism industry and the academia to analyze problems such as incompatibility of human resources criteria that are required by school education and industries. Consequently, this research examines different cases such as development of human resources by tourism industry, collaboration between industry and academics, joint effort by industry and patterns of talented persons required by tourism industries, and from tourism industries viewpoint, evaluations on the employees who have majored in tourism related curriculum in junior college, this research tries to find a method for development of human resources that is consistent with the requirement of both desirable tourism education in practice and tourism industries.
