영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual condition of hotel's adopting pay system and opinion of employees. For this study, a survey was administrated to personnel managers and employees of six deluxe hotels which are located in Seoul, Pusan, Cheju, Kyungju, Deajeon. According to the survey, most of hotels conduct adopting pay system from 1998 and the targets of adopting pay system are whole employees or contracted employees. And employees think positively about adopting pay system. They prefer to have their adopting pay system decided on the basis of both their performance and ability.
