국문 초록

문화 역사적 관점에서 인간의 발달은 생리적 운명적 발달을 유지하는 사고와 활동의 양적 확장이 아닌 유물적인 면과 심리적인 면의 조화이며, 안정적인 발달기간 동안에 훈련되어지는 것이 아니라 갈등 시기에 이전 활동과 동기가 새로운 활동과 동기와 조화를 이루는 역동성을 지닌다. 즉 발달은 사회적이다. 활동개념은 사고와 행동의 주체로서 능동적이며 대상적이다. 활동은 욕구, 동기와 연관되어 목표를 지향한다. 욕구와 동기가 동반된 활동은 사회적이다. 이 활동의 시간과 방법을 결정하는 것이 Dominante이다. 활동을 조정하는 것은 Dominante의 방향과 에너지 강도인데, 이를 결정하는 요인은 Affekt이다. Affekt 또한 사회적이다. 사회적인 것은 바로 질적 발달을 의미한다. 발달이 사회적이므로 특수교육의 현장도 학교교육 내지 정해진 기관 내에서 부분적 사회화를 도모하는 것에서 벗어나서 바로 우리 사회가 발달의 현장이 되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The human development in the cultural and historic point of view does not rely solely to support biological and predestined development. It extends the amount of activity and development sustainability by bringing harmony of the materialistic form and psychological form. The development during the stable period is rather delayed but the actual training begins during the period of dilemma as it creates the new motive and the dynamic between the old and the new activities. In other words, (Namely) the development is social. The concept of activity as the main body of consideration and behavior is active and material. The activity linked with desire and motive that points to the goal. The activity linked with desire and motive is also social. Dominante determines the activity time and the method. Dominante's direction and intensity of energy is what controls the activity. The factor of these is Affekt. This Affekt also is social. Being social truly means the development of quality. Since the development is a result of societal influences, the reality of special education should not just be managed inside the educational facilities and partial socialization, but should extend out to the society as a whole to be the setting of such development.
