국문 초록

영미언어권 및 독어권의 중도ㆍ중복장애 교육학에서 최근 국제적 이슈로 부각되고 있는 스토리텔링은 영국의 '다감각적 스토리텔링TM''과 독일의 '다감성적 스토리텔링TM'' 컨셉으로 발전되어 해당 장애인의 여가 및 교육 지원방안으로 자리 잡았으며, 이를 통해 당사자의 문화적 참여 및 자아실현에도 이바지 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 양대 스토리텔링 컨셉이 중도ㆍ중복장애인의 문해교육 기회보장 및 문화적 참여를 실현하는 의미에서 교육적으로 어떠한 의미와 특성이 있는지를 탐색하기 위해 여러 문헌을 다각도로 비교분석하였다. 양 컨셉은 인식론적 관점 및 이론적 구성(내용, 방법, 구조 등)에서 뿐만 아니라 역사적 배경 및 목적, 나아가 장애인관에 있어서 공통점 뿐 아니라 근본적인 차이점을 갖기에 현장의 쓰임새에 맞게 적용하고 상호보완적으로 활용하는 것이 바람직하다. 특히 독일 컨셉인 다감성적 스토리텔링의 경우 국내 교실 현장의 이질 그룹 및 교과적 특성을 고려하여 기본교육과정과 접목한다면 중도ㆍ중복장애학생의 문해교수 방법의 대안이 될 수 있음을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In the field of education for people of profound intellectual and multiple disabilities(PIMD) of the United Kingdom and Germany which have recently emerged 'Multisensory StorytellingTM (MSST)' and 'MehrSinn GeschichtenTM(MSGE)'as an international issues are developed to the support for the leisure and education activities and it focuses on the cultural participation and self realization of people with PIMD through the literary activities such as storytelling. The comparative analysis of the characteristics of epistemic point of view and theoretical and methodological background for the both storytelling concept will help to set up the theoretical data and this is the main purpose for the exploration in the field of special education. Since it has fundamental difference for not only theoretical construct, content, method and the structure, but also historical background and the recognition of the disabled, so it should be applied and utilized considering the features of field. MSST should be the learning and development oriented approach for achieving the goal-behaviors and therapeutic benefits finally. On the other hands, the MSGE should be understood as literature and leisure activities for'Bildung'and inner progress for the disable with PIMD. Especially, in case of the MSGE in Germany, it would be meaningful approach if this theory is applied to Basic Curriculum of Special Education in Korea considering the heterogeneous grouping and the features of subject.
