국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 여가활동과 관광목적지로서 중요한 위치에 놓인 테마파크 산업의 잠재적 경쟁력과 선호도를 조사하기 위해 실시되었다. 이러한 점에서 테마파크(에버랜드, 롯데월드, 서울랜드, 어린이대공원)를 방문한 경험이 있는 20-30대를 대상으로 편의표본방법의 설문조사가 진행되었다. 이를 위해서, 본 연구는 플로우 경험에 대한 정량적 변수들을 사용하였고, 몇몇 유의한 결과들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유사성의 비교 방법은 롯데월드와 어린이대공원 사이에 강한 경쟁관계가 있고, 반면에 에버랜드와 서울랜드 사이에 상대적으로 약한 경쟁관계가 있음을 보여주었다. 둘째, 5개의 플로우 요인 가운데 유의한 4개의 요인에 기초한 테마파크의 경쟁 영역은 롯데월드가 가장 경쟁력이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 이는 가장 이상적인 테마파크에 대한 질문의 결과와 동일하다. 셋째, 응답자들은 가장 이상적인 테마파크로 롯데월드(이상점과의 거리=1.669)를 선택하였고, 다음으로 에버랜드(1.796), 서울랜드(3.006), 어린이대공원(3.865) 순으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine substantial competitiveness and preference of theme park industry, which held a key post in the leisure activity and tourist destination. In this respect, this study was conducted by questionnaire survey, based on convenience sampling method, of people in their 20s-30s who bad ever been to the theme parks such as Everland, Lotte World, Seoul Land, Children's Grand Park. To this end, this study used quantitative variables about flow experience. The significant findings were as follows. First, the comparative method of similarities showed that there was strong competition between. Lotte World and Children's Grand Park, while showing relatively that of weak one between Everland and Seoul Land. Second, competitive dominance of theme parks, based on significant 4 factors among 5 flow ones revealed that Lotte World was first, and this was same conclusion on a question, which is the most ideal theme park. Third, respondents indicated that the most ideal theme park was Lotte World(distance from ideal point=1.669), followed by Everland(1.796), Seoul Land(3.006), and Children's Grand Park(3.865).
