국문 초록

본 연구는 조직공정성과 조직시민행동 그리고 서비스품질에 관한 문헌고찰과 선행연구 분석을 통하여 컨벤션산업에 적용할 수 있는 이론과 연구방법을 도출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 가설을 수립하여 컨벤션산업의 조직공정성이 종사원들의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향과 조직시민행동이 서비스품질에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 발견점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내외 문헌고찰을 통하여 도출한 조직공정성 요인, 조직시민행동 요인은 국내 컨벤션산업에서도 동일하게 적용될 수 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 조직시민행동 요인 중 이타성, 양심성, 시민정신만이 조직공정성으로부터 유효한 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직시민행동이 서비스품질에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 스포츠맨십 요인을 제외한 이타성, 양심성, 예의성, 시민정신 4개 요인이 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

This study derived a theory and research method on organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and service quality, which can be applied to the Korean convention industry through preceding literatures home and abroad. On the basis of this I set up study hypotheses to verify the one, an impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior and the other, an impact of organizational citizenship behavior on service quality in the Korean convention industry. This study identified three main points as follows; First, it was verified that the factors of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior derived from the preceding literatures were similarly applied to the Korean convention industry. Second, this study showed that the factors; altruism, conscientiousness, citizenship among 5 organizational citizenship behavior factors are significantly influenced by the organizational justice. Third, it revealed the factors that have a significant impact of organizational citizenship behavior, factors on service quality are altruism, consciousness, courtesy and citizenship.
