국문 초록

이 연구의 의도는 우리나라 골프장의 서비스품질평가척도(GOLFQUAL)를 개발하고 그 타당성과 예측력을 검증하는 것이다. 문헌연구와 현장조사와 전문가 조사 등 다수의 정제과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 다섯 차원 20항목의 한국형 GOLFQUAL을 개발하였다. 개발된 다섯 차원의 타당성평가를 위한 공통요인분석과 확인요인분석 및 상관관계분석, 신뢰도 분석 등이 이루어졌는데, 분석결과 타당성과 신뢰성이 통계적으로 확보되었으며, 모델의 적합도도 높게 나타났다. 이들 다섯 차원은 물리적 환경, 인적서비스, 코스관리, 코스 레이아웃, 경기진행으로 각각 명명되었다. 최종적으로 GOLFQUAL에 대한 예측력을 고객만족과 충성도를 이용하여 다중회귀분석으로 검증하였는데, 다섯 차원 모두 예측력이 높은 것으로 나타나 GOLFQUAL의 일반화 가능성이 입증되었다.

영문 초록

This study was to intended to develop and validate the Korean version of golf club service quality scale(GOLFQUAL). To develop the GOLFQUAL, preliminary studies, depth interview of specialists, preliminary and main survey were conducted. Finally, 20 items of 5 differentiations were developed through scale elaboration, integration, refinement and content analysis. In study data were obtained from 294 field play golfers using these items. The results of exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, correlation and reliability analysis showed that the factor-model fit the data well. These five factors(ie., personal service, course management, course layout, physical environment, and game progress) were significantly well related to various criteria such as customer satisfaction and loyalty, supporting criterion-related validity and forecasting power of the scale. The implications and limitations of this study and the directions of future study were discussed.
