국문 초록

지금까지의 관광이 저명한 관광시설이나 명승지를 보고 도는 이른바 ‘둘러보기 식의 관광’이 중심이었다면, 지금의 관광은 사람과 사람과의 만남을 요구하거나 관광객 자신의 지적 호기심을 충족시키고자 하는 테마성의 관광형태로 변해가고 있고, 이러한 관광에서의 만족은 스토리텔링을 통해 가장 극대화될 수 있다. 관광객들은 단순한 관광지를 관람하기보다 관광지에 그리고 관광자원에 얽힌 숨겨진 이야기를 듣는 것에 더 만족한다. 따라서 단순히 정보전달을 목적으로 하는 스토리텔링이 아닌 감성을 자극하는 스토리텔링, 오감을 만족시키는 장소, 체험 콘텐츠 기획이 중요하다. 이를 위해 오카야마는 ‘모모타로’, ‘수수경단’, ‘복숭아’ 등의 상징적요소가 뚜렷한 지역의 특색을 살려, 감성을 자극하는 스토리텔링, 다양한 매체를 통해 관광객과 상호 작용이 가능한 방법으로 관광객들의 요구를 충족시켜주는 것이 중요하다.

영문 초록

Nowadays the form of tourism is turning into the theme tourism, satisfying the intellectual curiosity of tourists themselves, and their satisfaction is maximized by storytelling. Tourists are more pleased with the secret stories of the tourist spots and attractions rather than simple sight-seeing. Planning that storytelling to stimulate the senses, place that satisfies the five senses, experiential content is important rather than storytelling that purpose simply to convey information. To this end, Okayama that meets the needs of tourists is important through the "Momotaro", "millet ball cake", "Peaches", iconic elements, such as making use of distinctive regional characteristics, emotional storytelling to stimulate, various media as a possible way to interact with tourists.
