호텔기업의 복리후생제도가 종사원의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이타적 행위에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 호텔종사원들이 지각하는 복리후생제도가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이타적 행위에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 연구하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 대구, 경북, 부산지역의 특급호텔 호텔종사원들을 대상으로 설문지(312부)를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 통계분석 결과 복리후생제도(급부지원, 문화지원, 생활지원)가 직무만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 또한 복리후생제도(급부지원, 문화지원, 생활지원)가 조직몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 직무만족과 조직몰입은 이타적 행위에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과 호텔종사원은 기업이 제공하는 복리후생제도의 혜택을 받게 되면 조직내에서 가치 있는 구성원으로 대우받고 있다는 것으로 판단한다. 그로인해 호텔종사원은 조직에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 형성하여 조직과 종사원 상호관계에 신뢰성을 부여한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to shed light on how hotel industries"s welfare system influences on the satisfaction of the work, the organizational commitment and altruistic behaviors. We conducted the questionary survey of the employees(312 ppl) working at special tourist hotels selected in the areas of Daegu, Gyungbuk and Busan to achieve this goal. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : First, the welfare system (benefit support, cultural support, living support) positively affects the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively influences the altruistic behaviors. The results of this study demonstrate that employees feel that they are being treated as valuable members of the company when hotel businesses provide a welfare system for the employees. Consequently, hotel employees form a positive attitude to the organization and gain the credibility of interrelation between organization and employees.
