국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 에그로메디컬 융복합 R&D사업의 분석체계를 개발하고 내·외부의 전문가를 대상으로 분석지표별 중요도를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 분석지표에 대한 국내외 선행연구를 바탕으로 세 가지 관점을 도출하고 각 관점별로 세부적 분석항목과 지표를 추출하였으며, 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 의견조사를 실시하여 적합성 여부를 검토한 후 최종분석체계를 구축하였다. 구축된 분석체계는 정책적타당성, 기술적타당성, 경제적타당성의 세가지 영역으로 분류되고 핵심 분석항목은 8가지 항목으로, 세부 분석지표는 29가지로 구성하였다. 구축된 분석체계의 중요도 및 우선순위의 분석을 위해 학계와 기업 그리고 관련 기관 등의 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 분석방법으로 AHP분석을 사용하였다. 구축된 분석체계의 세 가지 관점별 중요도를 분석한 결과, 전문가들은 기술적타당성, 경제적 타당성, 정책적타당성 순으로 상대적 중요도를 높게 판단하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop an analysis system for an agro-medical convergence R&D project and to assess the importance of each analysis indicator through internal and external interviews with experts. To this end, the study identified three perspectives from domestic and overseas studies previously conducted on analysis indicators, extracted detailed items and analysis indicators for each perspective, reviewed goodness of fit by conducting opinion research among relevant experts, and established a final analysis system. The final system is classified into three areas: policy validity, technical validity, and economic validity. There were eight key analysis items and 29 detailed analysis indicators. To assess their importance and order of priority for the analysis system, a survey was conducted among experts in academia, industry, and other relevant organizations. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used for this. The results, assessing the importance of the three perspectives, revealed that the experts believed technical validity to have the highest relative importance, followed by economic validity, and then policy validity.
