항공사 종사자의 직무 스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 항공사 종사자의 직무 스트레스가 소진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 항공사 종사자 중 지상근무자와 객실승무원의 직무 스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향이 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 밝힘으로 항공사 종사자에 대한 관리에 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위한 국내외 항공사 종사자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 355부를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 직무 스트레스와 소진에 대한 요인분석과 영향관계를 확인하기 위한 다중회귀분석, 두 집단 간의 차이를 확인하기 위하여 Chow-test를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 직무 스트레스는 소진에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 지상근무자와 객실승무원 간에도 차이가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따른 시사점은 업무수행에 있어 필요성을 이해시킴과 더불어 공정하고 합리적인 보상을 통한 동기부여와 최소한의 권한을 위임하여 스스로가 업무에 주도적으로 임할 수 있는 여건을 마련하여야 한다. 그리고 근무 환경이나 여건이 다름을 인정하고 상황과 환경에 맞는 인적자원관리 방안을 세워나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is to find out what kind of impact job-related stress of airline workers have on the exhaustion and the difference of the impact the work-related stress has between ground crew members and flight attendants for the purpose of presenting an implication in the management of airliner workers. Surveys of airline workers in and out of the country were conducted for this research where 355 copies of which were used for analysis. The methods of analysis was Multiple Regression Analysis to identify the factors in the work-related stress and exhaustion and their relationship and Chow-test to identify the difference between the two groups. The result of the analysis revealed that the work-related stress exercised an influence on the exhaustion and a difference between ground crew members and flight attendants. The implication following the research analysis is to make the necessity in job performance understood, provide motivation through fair and reasonable compensation, and delegate minimum authority to supply an environment where workers can take the initiative on their own. Additionally, the difference in work environment and conditions should be acknowledged and methods of human resource management according to the conditions and environment should be established.
