영문 초록

This study has a purpose of presenting internal marketing implications for organizational effectiveness and effective management of human resource in foodservice corporations by understanding the relationships between employees' job characteristics, LMX and the organizational effectiveness. The results of the study indicated that both task importance factor and self-control factor as job characteristics internal dimensions are significantly related to job satisfaction and organization commitment. Especially task importance factor rather than self-control factor is more strongly related to job satisfaction. And the managerial implications of these results for organizational effectiveness are examined.
