영문 초록

This paper is to 1) investigates Korean restaurants selection criteria, and which is affected in satisfaction and revisiting foreigners living in the Korea, 2) suggest some guideline for effective decision-making. The questionnaires are distributed 250, collected 220 which is 35 korean & 185 english, then used for data analysis 220. Restaurant selection takes account for 5 factors such as ‘service’, ‘hygiene & cleanness’, ‘interior’, ‘food’, and ‘location’. The findings are summed up as follows; 1) ‘hygiene & cleanness in the Kitchen’, ‘hygiene in & out the restaurant’, ‘cleanness of service staff’, ‘handling of complain’, and ‘attitude of service staff’ are showed up important criteria in the Korean restaurant selection. 2) ‘service’, ‘food’, and ‘hygiene & cleanness’ had significant factors in the customer‘s satisfaction and also in the revisiting.
