영문 초록

This study was proceeded with interest on employees' perception of justice and tried to examine the impact on job stress, organizational commitment and turnover intention as for hotel managerial help. 500 questionnaires were distributed to employees who worked at 5-star hotels proceeded corporate restructuring in Seoul and surveyed on 430 for the study. The results of analyzing the data obtained from the empirical analysis were as follows: Firstly, as for the survivors' perception of justice indicated two types; procedural justice and distributive justice. Secondly, the higher procedural justice and distributive justice perceived, the lower job stress founded. Thirdly, the higher procedural justice and distributive justice perceived, the higher organizational commitment founded. Fourthly, the higher distributive justice perceived, the lower turnover intention founded. Fifthly, the higher job stress perceived, the lower organizational commitment founded. Finally the higher job stress perceived, the higher turnover intention founded.
