영문 초록

This study inquired into the true state of ‘The Effect of Performance on Satisfaction of Foodservice Industry Advanced Management Program’ which was attached at Korean university through the actual proof research, and drew detailed satisfaction for accomplishment, and presented optimistic influence to universities and learners for both sides‘ development. This study found satisfaction of ‘Foodservice Industry Advanced Management Program’ has an effect on the result of every performance(job skill, sales management, self-ability, practical, self- improvement, life's quality)l as a positive influence. In this study, first, it made a worth that Advanced Management Program which has been recognized as a friendly gathering and building a social network ; also could have an effect as a positive influence. Second, it made another worth that future-oriented development purposes which were presented while researches which has measured practical satisfaction, the performance regarding ‘Foodservice Industry Advanced Management Program' were rare, but improving learners’ performance.
