영문 초록

The research had focus on the Korean theme restaurant in China. It used IPA analysis to examine the importance of selection attributes and whether these attributes were satisfied by Chinese customers. The data for this study was collected from five Korean theme restaurants in Shenyang, China. The investigated was conducted outside the restaurant to the customers who had finished the dinner. The result displayed that Chinese customers are more concerned with quality and taste of food than the physical environment of the restaurant when they selecting a Korean theme restaurant. Meanwhile, customers also satisfied with these variables. The implications for restaurant managers were discussed. It suggested that food product developing is important to restaurant managers. Therefore they can make marketing strategies such as a food sampling party to identify to identify whether the food have a preference by Chinese customers.
