국문 초록

본 연구는 인구의 고령화로 인해 주거복지 문제가 심각함에 따라, 중장년층의 인구사회학적 특성이 주거만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 주거만족도가 단순히 물리적인 특성에만 한정되는 것이 아니라 개인적인 형태, 심리요소 및 기능적ㆍ사회 경제적 환경요소의 영향을 받게 되는 총체적 성격을 갖는다는 것을 전제로 한다. 이러한 배경에서 주거만족도는 주거환경의 물리적 측면뿐만 아니라 사회적ㆍ행태적 측면의 성능을 평가하는 중요 기준이 된다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 서울시내에 거주하는 중장년층 439명을 대상으로 하여 설문조사하였다. 독립변수로는 중장년층의 인구사회학적 특성으로, 종속변수로는 현재의 주거만족도를 설정하여 분석하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 중년층의 주거만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 일부 항목에서 유의미한 결과가 없었다 하더라도 전체적으로 볼 때, 중장년층이 가진 인구사회학적 특성은 변인으로서 영향이 있다는 것을 추론할 수 있었다. 그러므로 주거만족도를 연구함에 있어서, 인구사회학적 변인에 대한 이해가 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the influence on middle-aged Adults' housing satisfaction by demographic characteristics. This study is on the assumption that the housing has an overall satisfaction simply character type that is affected by the personal, psychological, social and economic environment and functional elements is not limited only to the physical properties. In this context housing satisfaction can be seen that the critical criteria for evaluating the performance of the social and behavioral aspects as well as the physical aspects of the home environment. This study was to survey targeted the Welfare, middle-aged Adults 439 people living in Seoul. As an independent variable in the demographic characteristics of the elderly, the dependent variable was analyzed by setting the current residential satisfaction. In conclusion, analysis of the influence on housing satisfaction of middle-aged adults in this study, although there was no significant results in some of the items, as a whole, the demographic characteristics of the elderly could be inferred that the influence as a variable. Hence the study as a residential satisfaction, it can be said that the need to understand the demographic variables.
