국문 초록

본 연구는 해결중심 단기가족치료프로그램이 다문화가정 부부관계 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 다문화가정 부부 상호간의 효율적인 의사소통 능력과 자아존중감, 결혼만족도 향상에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 사례부부의 원하는 것과 필요를 경청하고, 이들 부부의 보호요인(strength)과 위험요인(weakness)을 바탕으로 해결중심 단기가족치료프로그램을 적용하였다. 그 결과, 다문화가정 부부는 해결중심단기가족치료프로그램을 통해 의사소통능력과 자아존중감, 결혼만족도가 향상되고, 갈등해 결능력이 증진됨으로써 결혼안정성을 높이는데 기여하게 될 것으로 기대된다. 그런데 해결중심 단기가족치료프로그램이 다문화가정 부부와 가족의 원만한 사회적응 및 내적 안녕에 기여하는 핵심적인 복지서비스로 자리매김 하기 위해서는 세부적인 시행절차에 있어서 많은 관심과 적극적인 실천이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of solution- focused family therapy on the change of marital relationship in multicultural families in an attempt to provide information on how to boost the communicative competency and intimacy of married couples in multicultural families. A case study was implemented after several married couples were selected. The solution-focused family therapy was provided in consideration of their strength and weakness after carefully listening to them to find out their needs and what they wanted. As a result, that the solution-focused family therapy was expected to make a contribution to the improvement of marital stability by enhancing their communicative competency, intimacy and conflict-resolution skills. It should be noted here that how to apply the solution-focused family therapy should discreetly be studied, and that it should widely be utilized to make it entrenched as one of key welfare services to contribute to the smooth social adjustment and inner wellbeing of multicultural couples and their families.
