국문 초록

재정위기 및 복지체계의 타당성 감소에 대응하여 사회적 협동조합들은 공공기관의 서비스제공에 대한 매력적인 대안을 제시한다. 이러한 분권화는 공공재원이 투입되고 사회적 협동조합이 개입할 수 있는 새로운 공간을 생성하고 이런 발전은 개발 중인 사회적 협동조합의 조직모형 통합에 기여했으며 공공시장 중에서도 특히 복지 시장에서 사회적 협동조합의 점진적인 집중화에 기여했다. 다양한 발전 형태에도 불구하고 협동조합들이 새로운 복지 책임을 담당하고 있는 국가들은 특성들을 공유하고 있다. 복지서비스의 공공생산은 제한되었으며 복지체계는 서비스의 공급보다는 자원의 재분배를 더욱 지향하고, 협동조합들은 새로운 사회적 요구를 충족하기 위해 추구하는 목표, 수행하는 활동, 조직 형태를 재조정해야하는 도전에 직면하고 있으며, 사업을 사회적 기업 차원으로 수정해야한다.
