의사소통능력이 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 효과 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 초등학교 학생들의 의사소통능력이 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 특히 의사소통능력을 구성하는 여러 하위요인들 중에서 어떤 요인이 자기주도적 학습능력과 관계가 깊으며, 얼마만큼의 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 G광역시에 소재한 5개 초등학교 학생 256명이었다. 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생들의 성별, 학년별 등 인구통계학적인 배경에 따른 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력의 차이는 여학생이 남학생보다 조금 높게 나오는 정도로 성별에서만 약간의 차이를 보여주었다. 둘째, 초등학생들의 성격, 친구 수, 발표 횟수 등 개인별 특성에 따른 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력의 차이는 활발한 성격의 학생일수록, 친구가 많을수록, 발표를 많이 할수록 의사소통능력 점수와 자기주도적 학습능력 점수가 높았다. 셋째, 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력은 높은 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 특히 자기주도적 학습능력은 해석능력과 가장 높은 상관관계를 보이고 있으며, 그 다음으로 목표설정, 메세지 전환능력, 자기제시, 역할수행 순이었다. 넷째, 초등학교 학생들의 의사소통능력 중에서 해석능력이 높을수록, 목표설정능력이 높을수록, 메세지 전환능력이 높을수록 자기주도적 학습능력에 더욱 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This purpose of this study is to examine the influence of individual competency of communication on self-directed learning ability. This study performed investigations into the literature and research with a questionnaire to analyze the influence of individual competency of communication on self-directed learning ability. We distributed it among 136 students in elementary school. we collected their replies, analyzed the data for this study. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, There were a few differences in the influence of individual competency of communication on self-directed learning ability according to sex. Secondly, There were a differences in the influence of individual competency of communication on self-directed learning ability according to personality, friend figure, presentation experiences. Thirdly, There was a higher positive relation in individual competency of communication and self-directed learning ability. Fourthly, the higher the perceiving competency score, the higher the planning competency score was, and therefore, the higher the coding competency in individual competency of communication was recorded. It highlighted that elementary students were strongly and positively influenced on self-directed learning.
