국문 초록

명대 衛所제도에 관한 연구의 중요성이 한 때 학계에서 소홀히 다루어진 적이 있었지만, 최근에 들어서 변화하고 있다. 군호의 이민은 이민사 연구의 중요한 과제이고, 위소 제도와 매우 많이 관련되어 있다. 필자의 초보적인 연구에 의하면, 명초의 군호 이민은 호남 이민사에서 중요한 위치를 점유하고 있다. 본문은 韶山의 毛氏가족을 예로 하여, 이러한 특수 이민집단이 지방 사회에서 구축되어 가는 유형에 대해 검토하였다. 毛氏가족의 발전 과정을 보면, 대체적으로 명대에 毛氏가족은 군호신분을 숨기고 호남에 민호로 편성되어 적을 옮기게 되었고—명대 중기에 참소자에게 고소를 당해 부득이 하게 군역을 맡게 되었으며, 가족은 부역으로 인해 흩어지게 되었다가 뒤에 다시 합치게 되면서 종족의 발전을 촉진하였다—청대에는 종족의 조직화가 실현됨에 따라, 祠堂을 세우고 族谱를 정리하면서 “房”을 중심으로 하는 몇 개의 단계로 종족 구성이 형성되었다. 우리는 명말, 청초 시기의 종족이 사묘를 세워서 가산을 보존하는 것과“房” 내부에서 선조의 유산 다툼이 발생하는 현상에 주의를 기울였는데, 이 모두 종족 발전 과정 중에서 주의할 만한 동향이라 할 수 있다. 인류학자들은 종족에 대한 연구에서 房의 가족 의식의 형성에 대해서는 중요시하면서도 그 뒤에 제도적 배경에 대해서는 소홀히 하였다.

영문 초록

The research of Garrisons has been neglected for sometime. It has changed a lot these years. The immigrant of soldier family was an very important topic for migration history. It has much relationship with Garrisons. My research about this topic showed that the immigrant of soldier's family were very important groups of immigrants in Hunan. This article take the clan of shao shan mao shi(韶山毛氏) for example, It try to show the development mode of this special immigrant groups in a local society. The research showed that the clan disguise its identity of soldier family at the early Ming dynasty then they occupied a lot of lands in XiangTan county(湘潭县) and became residents there. But it was found out by others. Then the clan had to assume taxes and the clan got adjusted. It seemed that the clan allocated each member of the family taxes which they should pay. And this accident stimulated the Lineage to form a clan by Fang(房). The clan got systematization at the Qing dynasty. The members of the clan built ancestral temple and compile genealogy then it finally formed the configuration by Fang. We noticed that the clan still tried to protect its property by constructing family temples at the end of Ming dynasty. On th other hand, the members of the family began to fight for ancestor's homestead. Anthropologist paid attention to the consciousness of clan adjustment by Fang, but it seemed that they neglected the system factors in behind.
