국문 초록

지역을 기반으로 하는 사회적 기업 육성정책의 변화에 착안하여 부동산업과 도시재생사업의 연계를통한 사회적 기업의 발굴 및 육성모델(안)을 제시해보았다. 즉, 부동산업 분야의 시장규모와 고용 및 지역사회에서의 파급효과 등이 높다는 점과, 이미 각 지역에 부동산(특히, 주택 및 주거복지)분야의 자활공동체가 미진하지만 활동하고 있다는 점을 고려하여 지역을 기반으로 하는 부동산업 분야에서 사회적기업의 장기적인 육성 모형을 제시해보았다. 특히, 정부의 정책으로서 지역의 전반적인 재건을 의미하는 ‘도시재생사업’과의 연계를 지향하면서 점진적인 단계별 모형(신생단계-성장단계-정착 및 확산단계)으로 제시하였고, 각 단계별로 주체, 업종(분야), 지역과의 관계, (정부)기관과의 관계 등을 중심으로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Understanding the changes in region-based social enterprise development policy, we are to present finding and developing models of social enterprises by linking real estate industry with urban renaissance project. In other words, we are to present long-term development models of social enterprises in region-based real estate industry by considering that the size of market, employment, and ripple effect on community is high in the field of real estate, and that self-supporting community in the field of real estate(particularly, housing and housing welfare) in each region is not satisfactory but, working still. In particular, we are to present progressive step models (new stage - growth phase - settlement and diffusion step) aiming at the connection with ‘urban renaissance project’, which means an overall reconstruction in the region as a government's policy, mainly focusing on the subject, industry(sector), relationship with the local community, and the relationship with (governmental) institution at each step.
