국문 초록

최근 사회전반적인 이슈 중 하나는 사회적 기업의 발굴과 육성을 통한 일자리창출의 가능성 탐색이며, 공기업을 비롯한 기업에서는 전략적인 사회공헌활동을 포함한 사회적책임활동(CSR)의 실천성 강화이다. 특히 정부에서는 정책적인 차원에서 사회적 기업과 기업의 사회적책임활동의 연계를 통한 사회각 분야에서의 일자리창출 가능성과 모형 개발에 관심을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공기업으로서 대한지적공사와 사회적 기업간의 연계 가능성에 관한 기초적 논의를 진행해보고자 하였다. 따라서, 사회적 기업, 기업의 사회적책임에 대한 이론을 검토하고, 대한지적공사의 사회적책임(사회공헌)활동 및 환경변화를 검토하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 대한지적공사와 사회적 기업간의 연계적 측면에서검토되어져야 할 쟁점사항으로 대한지적공사의 기능과 역할, 대한지적공사의 사회적책임과 이윤의 딜레마, 근접사례 검토를 통한 실천 가능성 등으로 구분하여 논의하였다

영문 초록

One of the recent community-wide issues is how to search the job creation through discovery and development of social enterprises, and companies including public enterprises focus on strengthening implementation of corporate social responsibility(CSR) including strategic philanthropy. In particular, the government is interested in creating jobs and developing models in terms of policy from all aspects of society by linking social enterprises with corporate social responsibility activities. Thus, this study aims to preliminarily discuss the possibility of linking KCSC as a public enterprise with social enterprises. Therefore, we intend to review the theory of 'social enterprise' and 'corporate social responsibility', and also review KCSC's social responsibility(contribution to the society) and environmental changes. And based on these, we are to discuss KCSC's role and function, KCSC's dilemma of social responsibility and profits, and a review of the feasibility through similar cases as they are the main issues to be reviewed in terms of linking KCSC with social enterprises.
