영문 초록
This is designed to analyze about the matter of college 〈Writing〉 the whole managements, to offer the improvements on the basis of it. Chonnam University is chosen as an object of analysis. The reason for that is as follow. First, Chonnam University is the one of the leading educational intention in Kwangju and Chonnam. Second, it will be able to get an implication about how it is made, how it is intended and what contents are made.
It was confirmed that how the management of college 〈Writing〉 curriculum was made and what intention it had through the works. However, it was confirmed that it was also needed a serious worry and practice that everybody could feel sympathy about the 〈Writing〉 curriculum identify and the educational purpose through this work. The matters of being analyzed and the plan offering through this work is as following.
First, it was confirmed that the matter of non-professionalism of the teacher who con take full charge of 〈Writing〉 for the system and the matters of the poor educational infrastructure. To improve these matters, it is needed to get a specialty researcher and special teacher without delay. Also, with an alternative plan which is possible in short term, it was pointed out ‘the better teaching(더나가)’ meeting"s efficient management and support, active use of e-learning system.
Second, for the teaching materials, it was pointed out as matters that the writing leadership theory of problem solving course centered didn"t carry their point definitely and the writing teaching-learning of self-leading wasn"t made. To improve these matters, it was suggested that by adjusting the management direction of teacher"s workship, trying to convert realistic teaching-learning strategy into social-constructionist writing principle and strategy.
Third, for the teaching-learning, it was confirmed that it wasn"t prepared completely teacher"s role and teaching model in the classroom, and evaluation instrument and method. To solve these problem, it was suggested teaching-model and evaluation principle following social-constructionist principle as an alternative.
It is expected to show an implication for the efficient college writing subject management through this analysis and improvement.
