온라인 학습에서 학습몰입요인, 몰입수준, 학업성취 간의 관련성 탐구

국문 초록

  본 연구는 온라인 학습에서 학습몰입요인들과 몰입수준, 학업성취 간에 관련성이 있는지의 여부를 규명해 보려는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 선행연구 고찰을 통해 학습몰입에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인들로서 학습동기관련 요인, 학습과제관련 요인, 상호작용관련 요인으로 분류하였다. 설정된 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 연구대상은 ‘교육방법 및 교육공학’을 수강하고 있는 대학생 42명을 표집하였고, 온라인 학습환경을 구축하여 실험을 실시하였고, 상관분석과 회귀분석을 이용하여 수집된 자료의 분석을 실시하였다.
  연구결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 학습몰입요인들 중에서 학습동기관련 요인으로는 내재적 동기, 학습과제관련 요인으로는 학습과제의 실제성, 상호작용관련 요인으로는 학습자－매체 상호작용이 ‘학습몰입’에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 학습동기관련 요인 중에서 내재적 동기, 학습과제관련 요인 중에서 학습과제의 실제성, 상호작용관련 요인 중에서 학습자간 상호작용이 ‘학업성취’에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 내재적 동기와 학습과제 실제성은 학습몰입과 학업성취 모두에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 학습자의 학습몰입은 학업성취에 유의미한 영향을 주는 요인으로 밝혀졌다.

영문 초록

  The purpose of this study is to investigate of relationships among learning－flow factors, flow level, achievement under on－line learning environment. This study was conducted according to the following steps : ① review on the learning－flow factors which was examined in the earlier studies, ② categorize learning－flow factors into learner"s motivation factors, learning task factors, and interaction factors, ③ build a on－line learning community and conduct an experiment with 42 college students who are taking the "instructional method and educational technology" course in the university, ④ analyse the relationships among learning－flow factors, flow level, achievement under on－line learning environment.
  The results of this study can be summarized as follows :
  ① Intrinsic motivation among learning motivation related factors, task authenticity among learning task related factors, and learner－media interaction among interaction related factors were found to be critical factors affecting student"s learning－flow.
  ② Intrinsic motivation among learning motivation related factors, task authenticity among learning task related factors, and learner－learner interaction among interaction related factors were essential factors of student"s learning－flow which enhances achievement.
  ③ Learning－flow level was found to be a critical factor affecting achievement.
